Great success for the Parsec novelties presented at the Simei 2024 exhibition held in Milan. During the well-known event, Parsec was honoured thanks to the Evo 2 Ferm system. Parsec CEO Giuseppe Floridia received the award.

EVO2Ferm is the first predictive and adaptive system for conducting yeast nutrition during alcoholic fermentation.
The prize was awarded for the ability of its instrumentation to predict and apply an intervention strategy on the basis of the analytical parameters and oenological objectives set by the winemaker, monitoring the actual progress of fermentation by means of sensors applied to the dosing rod itself, which detect the progress of fermentation in real time, avoiding incorrect dosing in quantity and with optimal intervention timing.
